Jens Joneleit is a painter, composer, musician, screenwriter and writer. He graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and from the University of Wisconsin with a Master of Fine Arts.

Joneleit's intention in all of his cross-disciplinary creative activities and media is to continually rediscover them in terms of both content and aesthetics - in search of a narrative and new possibilities. Joneleit has long painted in obscurity while devoting himself to his other disciplines in recent years. His last major solo museum exhibition took place at the Halle am Wasser in the Hamburger Bahnhof in Berlin in September 2010 and was opened by former State Minister of Culture Prof. Christina Weiss; at the same time, Joneleit's opera "Metanoia" was commissioned by the Berlin State Opera and premiered under the direction of Daniel Barenboim. In recent years, he created numerous canvas and digital works. Since 2021, Joneleit again shows works in gallery exhibitions in Berlin.

Jens Joneleit's interest also extends to new technologies. For example, in 2021 he was a speaker at Telekom 24Hours on the topic of "AI in Composition" after competing with an AI from Telekom to complete Ludwig van Beethoven's 10th Symphony, which the latter had only written down in outline before his death (a commission from Le Concert Olympique with performances at DeSingel Antwerp and the Berlin Philharmonie).

Jens Joneleit joined the art in strategy® team at the end of 2021 and has been represented as an artist by Galerie Arimont since March 2022.
