With art in strategy®, I, Katharina Arimont, design holistic projects that drives innovation. I work for for companies and agency in the economy sector as well as for (cultural) organizations in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Furthermore I offer services for artists and collectors.

I use the approach of a Design Strategist with my experience and skills as a Creative Concepter, Consultant and Curator - i's all about defining and solving the right challenge leading to business value and to work on it: Defining the room of problem and the stakeholders, exploring the field, collecting ideas, building a vision and realizing that vision. This allows to discover and unfold potential for the art and the business sector to create innovate and valuable outcome.

I go from a macro strategic plan (the long term view on the big picture) to the micro level (a deep dive into details that give answers to the big picture as well as their holistic strategic implementation).

I studied history of arts and philosophy at the Ruprecht-Karls-University in Heidelberg (GER) and the Université Lyon II (FRA) as well as museology with focus on marketing and mediation at the École du Louvre in Paris (FRA). I worked in the art as well in the business sector, in museums, galleries and commercial enterprises.

I love the challenge of taking on an interface function and have always looked for symbioses of the art and the business side in projects - whether during my museum, gallery and economy jobs. To see problems, to uncover them and to recognize possibilities and chances to find solutions is what I heart. To create added value for all involved.

I think intuitively strategically, am communicative and persuasive and have the ability to implement projects in a structured and goal- oriented manner and to keep an eye on overall structures.
